SARS 2023 IT3(d) submission requirements
•Effective 1 March, 2024, SARS requires approved section 18A organisations to complete and file the new IT3(d) returns.
•The return will include information on donors to whom s18A receipts have been issued with the relevant donation amounts.
•DevMan has designed and implemented a SARS IT3 export file using the HTTPS channel for easy submission.

Menu layout
Based on your valuable feedback, we are rearranging and adjusting the menu sequence to provide a more consistent user journey.
If the menu isn't where you expect it to be, please look around as it hasn't been removed.
Check your spam score
Improve the deliverability of your email newsletters by using our new spam score feature.
New requirements for users sending bulk email
Effective 1 February, 2024, Google and Yahoo will introduce additional spam-blocking logic.
It necessitates any domain that sends over 5 000 emails in a 24-hour period to meet these new verification standards.

New login page and dashboard refresh

Event registration made simple
•Introducing our cutting-edge registration tool complete with automated workflows.
•Manage events on the go and streamline the registration process using mobile technology.
Online debit order sign-up
Donors can now complete an electronic debit order instruction via your donation page.
Subscription menu and dashboard have been moved.
You will now find the menu and dashboard for subscriptions under the Communication menu.
SARS 2023 section 18A receipt requirements
•Effective 1 March 2023, SARS requires additional information to be included in section 18A receipts issued to donors by approved section 18A institutions.
•DevMan is designed to assist you to gather this information via an automated self-service portal.

Notification refresh
•Weekly activities and pending actions will be refreshed every morning.
•If you would like to check your progress as you work, you can refresh the notification count by clicking in the refresh button. (See image below)
•The new Refresh button is available on Home, Initiatives / Development, Communication and Finance dashboards.
Payfast
•DevMan integrates to the Payfast online giving gateway.
•This enables donors to choose from a variety of safe and secure payment methods and accept instant payments from all over the world.
