•Open the Bursary summary page and select Delete.

•The applicant can now use their original link to start over.

•Open the Bursary summary page and select Edit.

•Click through on the last phase that was submitted and delete this phase.

•If they need to go further back, delete the next milestone as well and so on.

•Save and close.

•Notify the applicant they can go ahead and click on the link they used before and complete their application.

•Open the application and select Edit.

•Click on the Update button next to the milestone.

•Select the desired milestone and Save.

•Save and close.

•Open the application and select Edit.

•Make the necessary changes.

•Select Save and stay on page to continue editing, or Save and close.

•Open the Person profile and check if the email address is correct.

•The email address will be highlighted in red if the format is incorrect.

•Select Edit and correct it.

•Select View > Letters.

•Click through to open the email.

•Select Mail merge to pull the corrected email address through.

•Now select Send email.
