•If an applicant is still in any other phase other than Completed, they will still have access to their incomplete application via their portal.
•This is by design to allow some clients to provide a grace period for late submissions.
• If you don't want to allow this, on the closing date you will have to bulk update all incomplete applications to the milestone Declined – Application incomplete.
•This will prevent late submissions by applicants who missed the deadline. |
•Go to Communication > Email > View
•Select Itemised list to view individual emails.
•Find the failed email using the drop-down list and selecting Status > Failed.
•Tick the box next to the email you want to resend and select Update to > Pending. |
