Contacts can review and update their own contact details directly in DevMan.
DevMan provides two ways for contacts to safely update their data online:
•via a link from your website to an external DevMan portal
•via a link from a mailshot sent out from DevMan
Contact the DevMan Support Team for assistance in setting up your online update DevMan page and email template.
•Alumni and donor names are protected by default.
•You can choose whether to allow the alumni/donor fields to be changed. |
•If a stakeholder updates the details online and the email address is not found on DevMan, an email notification will be sent to an assigned person.
•The user can then add the person's name and email address to DevMan and send them an online update request.
