Grid selection using  laptop built-in mouse or trackpad

 

Users may experience issues with clicking and selecting rows in grids, which can impact:

•        Performing bulk updates

•        Exporting selected rows to Excel

If you encounter this problem, please use an external mouse until the issue is resolved.

TIP: After performing a bulk update, double-check that the number of records matches the number you intended to select.

 

EasySMS

 

Currently the sending of SMSes has been limited to 160 characters per template.

The use of special characters like emojis (😊) and accented letters (é) has been restricted.

In due time, further enhancements to the SMS module will be released providing additional functionality and a clear indication of costs.
