On the relevant contact, lead, project or bursary page, select Add > Interaction. The interaction page includes several fields to help you capture essential details for each engagement: •Description: A brief summary of the activity. •Date: The date the interaction took place. •With: The person(s) you communicated with. •By: The person who initiated the interaction. •For: The lead, project, or bursary the interaction relates to. •Type: The nature of the engagement (e.g. email, call, meeting). •Attachment: Any supporting documents included. •Text field: A space to record detailed notes about the interaction. To view all related interactions, select View > Interactions. This structured approach ensures all key information is accurately logged and easily accessible. |

On the Communication tab, select Interactions> Search. You can filter by: •a specific team member, •with a specific contact, •for a specific lead, project, or bursary, •over any time period. Apply your filters then select Search. View the results on the screen or select Report to print a standard report. |
